What Can You Expect During Your Stay?
*All staff are required to wear PPE. It is a personal preference if our guests would like to wear a mask while in our office or on our property.
*Please continue to maintain a 6-foot distance from others.
*For the welfare of our guests and our staff, we are limiting the number of visits we make to guest rooms. Housekeeping service is now provided every three days or upon request. Requests for fresh linens, bathroom amenities, and trash removal can be made to the guest services team. We will gladly replenish any necessary room amenities you need as well as collect any trash from your room.
*Our complimentary breakfast has been temporarily paused due to COVID 19. In the interim, we are providing each of our guests with a $5 voucher to a local favorite, Cuban Coffee Queen. Choose from a wide assortment of menu items or enjoy their “Sunrise Special” breakfast, a ½ of a Key Wester sandwich and a café con leche. One voucher per guest per day. We appreciate your understanding and patience and look forward to resuming our breakfast soon.
Our Sanitation and Disinfecting Protocol Includes:
*Screening of all team members for COVID symptoms prior to their shifts which includes temperature checks and an assessment of their current health. All team members are instructed to alert management prior to their arrival if they are not feeling well and asked to remain at home.
*All team members will wear PPE, based on their role and responsibilities and in adherence with state or local regulations and guidance. This includes masks, gloves, and/or goggles.
*Every team member is trained on how to swiftly respond to a guest or associate who is experiencing any of the symptoms associated with COVID 19.
*Because our lobby areas are limited on space, only one guest will be allowed into the office at a time; or, our front desk staff will work to check you in outside.
*Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in all public guest and employee areas.
*Our cleaning protocols include EPA-approved disinfectants that meet CDC requirements for use, and are effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and blood borne pathogens.
*Our team upholds a strict schedule of routine hand sanitation throughout their time on property.
*Public restrooms are cleaned with increased frequency with locks, walls, toilet seats, sinks, faucets, and doors being disinfected after each service.
*Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected upon departure including the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
*To minimize personal contact between team members and guests, we are limiting our housekeeping service to every three days. You may also contact our guest services team in the event that you need a replenishment of linens, towels, bath amenities or a trash pick-up.
